I have stayed here on multiple trips. Always have allowed an early check-in without a fee. Parking is a little weird in that it is across the street, but there are spots out front to drop off stuff before moving it over. Room is clean and sink is outside from the shower/toilet area, good perk. Monica at the desk was great and we will be back.

Hotel was very clean and smelled great. It was a very convenient location for Nationwide Arena, which is where we were going. Hotel has parking, but the lot is across the road from the hotel which was annoying, but not terrible. quiet area, lots of food options. Rooms could use some maintenance as there was a few things broken in our room. Overall, would stay here again.

Red Roof Inn is a budget friendly property that is clean, well maintained, and staffed by friendly, helpful people. It is right across the street from the Columbus Convention Center so a great place to stay if your attending a conference, convention, etc.

This is a good hotel if you want to be across the street from the convention center but don’t/can’t pay for the Hilton or Hyatt. There is a weird smell in the hotel, and the rooms. It appears clean, but the weird smell did. It go away and it was throughout the hotel. There are no extras here. No breakfast, no pool, no fitness room, nothing. So it is an ok room in a great location.

decent beds, the smell of weed and vanilla was heavy. i thought it said complimentary breakfast and there isnt. staff was really nice, but the lack of onsite parking wasnt the best. luckly i got parking at the convention center.

I did not feel safe leaving our room. There was yelling and screaming all night and people hanging around the lobby that did not appear to be staying there. I would not stay here again. There also seemed to be a language barrier with front desk personnel.

The good- the entire staff is friendly, helpful and hard working. The cleaning staff was constantly cleaning and trying to make the hotel smell nice. The bad- the whole hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Our suite was nonsmoking and we could barely stay in the room. Room 302 was always ajar with different people in and out. It was very odd. First morning we wake up to 4 police cars and yelling. Apparently a woman (homeless) assaulted one of the guests. They definitely need security to re-enforce paying guests are the only people in the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again. I feel terrible for the staff that has to work there. They are the only bright light of this establishment!

$2 dollar fee if you use safe. I have traveled worldwide and have yet to hear of this. No decent coffee is available in the morning. Also a rare occurrence. Pay extra for cleaning of room???? I don't like being nickel and dimed. I would discourage friends from skip this hotel. It was also stuffy.

The original room I booked was switched before I checked in and I got a room with 2 beds instead of one. I also found a random plastic bottle with old milk in it under the bed as well as popcorn and other crumbs. Very dirty room

The property had no hot water in the morning , and the toilet rain and wouldn’t shut off. The persons upstairs wouldn’t shut off either. The front desk was told but they didn’t care or gave us a partial refund or anything. I would not go back
