Beautifully renovated open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room with large dining room table and breakfast nook. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including a master suite with shower and jacuzzi. Great deck with furniture and lots of sun. Sleeps 10! Pets welcome! Wifi, Roku, and board games included. Perfect for families and work travelers! The Space: Guests will enter the house by using a digital keypad. The decorative fireplace reminds guests of its older charm, but the flooring, countertops, appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, and paint have all been redone! We offer comfortable accommodations, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a charcoal grill, and more! \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: There is an electronic lock for your access to the house; we'll send you a personalized code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: A quiet residential neighborhood in midtown with mature trees. You are only minutes away from major grocery, shopping, restaurants and more! Getting Around: No public transit in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or take a cab. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. We require a $100 flat rate pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. Some pet owners are more courteous of hosts than others and that may be part of the problem with this house. We arrived at this property after dark on a horrible travel day. The minute you pull into the driveway you notice the property is severely overgrown. The tiled walkway to the front door is missing several tiles, some are cracked creating a trip hazard. The minute you open the door, the smell hits you in the face. This place is in terrible need of an update. It needs fresh paint, probably new flooring (I’m guessing that’s where the smell is coming from), handles hanging off cabinets in the kitchen, fireplace hearth was filthy with dirt and leaves, couch and carpet had stains. Outside, the backyard is a jungle. I truly can not understand why this property has received a 5 star rating…it is not 5 stars. We did not stay at this property. We scrambled to find a hotel that had enough rooms to accommodate our group and our pets. I contacted Joe, the host, and was told he had another property that might work and he would transfer our reservation to that property. If we chose not to accept the reservation transfer, we would be held to VRBO cancellation policy, which means no refund. The other property was not available for all the nights we needed, we were refunded for those nights. Joe did not shy away from communicating with me. The check in process was very easy and Joe was a great communicator. My frustration was with the description of the property and the actual condition of the property. We met his property manager (newly hired) at the property and she said the concerns will be addressed. ##### Paige H. It’s a very cozy and comfortable house. The neighborhood is quiet and located in a safe area.
