This listing includes both sides of our beautifully updated duplex, perfect for large groups exploring Columbus. What Linens are included? – We provide all linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed. 2\. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap. 3\. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker. 4\. Do you allow pets? – Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation but the second pet has an extra fee of $50 (In total $150 in case you bring 2 pets) . Please send us a message right before or right after you book, so we can coordinate it. 5\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions. 6\. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check in for 50% of the daily rate. 7\. How many bathrooms are in the house? 4 bathrooms. 8.What type of unit is this one? You are renting both sides of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas on each side. Please note that the basement is only used for housekeeping use only. 9\. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues. 10\. Do you offer laundry? We have a laundry room available for guests upon request. 11\. How does the parking work? There is free off-street parking available behind the house for up to 2 vehicles. Additional unlimited free street parking can be found in front of the house. 12\. Do you allow parties? We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors. You are renting the both sides of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is used for housekeeping use only. If you are driving in, there is free street unlimited time parking available in the area + off street parking behind the house. Since this is a full house rental, we're not on premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via Airbnb app or website at any time. Plenty of space, about a 25 min walk to campus and hosts were excellent with communication and the cleanliness was perfect. Would definitely stay again for any future visits!!! It truly felt more like a boutique hotel than a typical vacation rental. Each room was thoughtfully decorated and hotel-quality, right down to the towels.Our group stayed here for a joint Bachelor & Bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect. The spacious layout, with bedrooms on both sides of the house, gave everyone plenty of room and a nice sense of separation.The listing photos are spot on, and the host really goes above and beyond. They provided snacks, coffee, bathroom essentials, and more. Everything was spotless and smelled amazing when we arrived. We also loved the detailed guest book with local recommendations and clear checkout instructions.Each bedroom had its own unique lock, which made everyone feel really secure—even within a group of friends. Plus, there was plenty of parking in both the front and back for our entire group.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed getaway! ##### Maddie V. The space was perfect for the team and spouses. The codes in each door was a little annoying but could be good for some circumstances. Road outside had lots of cars driving very fast at all times.
