Welcome to our stunning custom new build located just steps from the Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and High Street, in the heart of Short North and Downtown Columbus. Our inviting space seamlessly combines modern luxury with laidback charm to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for everyone.  
  
From our spacious rooftop terrace, you'll be greeted by 12ft sliding glass doors for a seamless entertainment area, a 70" tv and views of the city skyline. You can also indulge in a relaxing steam shower in the master bath or create gourmet meals in our fully equipped custom kitchen that has everything you need to cook for your group.  
  
Our home is designed with thoughtful touches to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. You can relax on our outdoor rooftop terrace or cozy back patio with lounge chairs, and enjoy a BBQ with your group in the spacious dining area. We offer a private two-car garage along with free on-street parking, smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, ironing board, and more.

Just blocks away from High Street and the Short North attractions, the Columbus Convention Center, Ohio State's main campus, OSU Wexner Medical Center, and Grandview. Several parks nearby and walking distance to local bars and restaurants.  
  
On High Street you will find shopping, art galleries, bars, and some of the best restaurants in the city in the Short North Arts District. This area of Columbus is one of the city’s most popular destinations!  
  
Notable nearby destinations: OSU Stadium, Nationwide Arena and the surrounding Arena District, Easton Towne Center, John Glenn International Airport, Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, The Ohio Statehouse, and Franklin Park Conservatory.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Columbus' standard bus service (COTA) is available nearby on Neil Avenue. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are readily available to take you to your desired destination! Less than 1 mile from a pickup location for the free 'CBUS' circulator bus that runs down High St. to Downtown, German Village and Brewery District. Columbus' bike sharing program (COGO) has a station 2 blocks away, and Lime & Bird scooters and bikes are often available in the area.

- ![The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899.  
Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils.  
The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus.
