Overall great! Just a few things to watch for.
This was a beautiful, clean, and safe home for us to stay in. The host was pretty prompt at replying to any of our messages, pretty much any time of the day or night. There were 6 of staying and plenty of room for all of us. One downside was, at least for us, pretty much after 1 shower there wasn’t much hot water left for the other 5 in line. It didn’t get freezing cold, but it did get colder and colder the further down the line you moved. I’d also bring your own coffee, if that’s something you will want in the morning, for our stay there was just tea. I would love to rate this home so much higher because overall it was a really nice stay. However, there were many issues with the parking situation. We chose this home based off many factors, but one of them was certainly parking. A reserved spot outback and the availability of a parking permit for street parking was ideal, especially in a metro area. Upon arrival on check-in day, a car was parked in our reserved spot outback. It was no issue then, the host was able to quickly get us setup for the parking permit to park on the street, we were hopeful it would clear itself up before the rest of our party arrived the following morning. Unfortunately, we did not read the street signs very well and got a parking ticket overnight the first night, so be sure to read all signs if you’re parking on the street. We never could use our reserved spot and had to pay public parking the 2nd night, this was pretty inconvenient and annoying.
