The hallway of the hotel, and our room had a very bad smell. The room we were placed in had an ac unit on which all the buttons except for the on/off switch were broken off so we had to guess which ones turned the ac up and down. We never could figure out how to turn off the fan. I asked the desk clerk if we could switch rooms but he said we could not because we had booked with a third-party (Expedia). Overall the room felt not clean. (There was a stan on the seat of the window bench which made us not want to sit there.) I was pretty disappointed.

We stayed in a handicap accessible suite number 103. It was very minimalistic. It had a small sink not a vanity. It had one seat. No place to put your luggage. Staff were great. However, I'm not too sure I will be returning.

I just stayed overnight, but the staff were friendly, it wasn’t too loud. My child made lots of noise that night but no one said anything which i thought was nice, we had a rough night. Idk if that was a coincidence but them giving me a room on the first floor was amazing. And it was affordable. I’d definitely stay here again

Although clean, the bed was in need of replacement. The buttons were completely missing from the air handling unit, so it took quite a bit of hit and miss work to adjust the temp and fan. The walls were paper thin (our neighbor had to be removed by authorities in the middle of the night) and we could hear every word said. Finally, the food for breakfast included rubber pre-packaged donuts and essentially instant coffee. All that said, the desk clerk on checkin was incredibly nice and patient dealing with other demanding guests.

Front desk clerk was super rude and unhelpful. I had already paid for the room, had my credit card that I made reservation but I didn't have my license and they refused to let me stay or refund me.

I loved when we checked in right away it smelled clean and fresh, the breakfast has some good options. The room was clean and spacious and the best part is your staff!! No matter time of day and who was on shift, all of your staff provided exemplary customer service. I'm giving an extra mention to Crystal and Lisa, these ladies are so sweet, very informative on the area and very compassionate individuals. We would definitely come back here.

Overall a fine, not great visit.
The visit was fine, but the heater/ac unit was blowing cold air when I checked in to my room. I turned it to heat and it made an awful noise. I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast - I grabbed a yogurt and it tasted bad. Code date was fine.

Not a soundproof room
Clean place, but way too much noise through adjoining door and above us. A dog kept scratching on our adjoining door all night/morning. I swear they had their door open, it was that noisy.

The staff was very kind and always went above and beyond to help. House keeping went above and beyond to make sure you were well taking care of . I witness the staff cleaning 24 hrs every day. Nice place for the price.
