Stayed for 4 nights. Room was never cleaned. Garbage was taken out once. Dirty towels were removed twice but never replaced. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

Laura,Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Unfortunately we are having issues with our water dispenser in our breakfast room but the one in our fitness room is working. Our juice machine does work but is turned off after breakfast hours. Once our part comes in for our water dispenser we will have it back in service soon. thank you.

Very clean not only room but also the property inside/outside. Good breakfast. The only downside was a bit noise at night with peopel yelling in halls, slaming doors late at night unfortunately from other customers.

Room and facility was ok. Appeared clean but was somewhat outdated. Went downstairs for breakfast the first morning an hour before it was over and they claimed they “ran out”. Second day we showed up 2 hours early and the hot food was already out. This was on a weekend and they did not refill anything once it was empty even though there were multiple people asking and just showing up to eat. Front desk and service kept stating they “ran out”.

Very quiet and very clean.
Quietest place I think we've ever stayed except for on an island. Front dest folks extremely nice. I guess my only issue is the breakfast selection. The eggs and sausage were not very good. I'm diabetic and can't eat the waffles and baked goods so I depend on the "protein" items.

The hotel needs some maintenance.
The breakfast had bread so stale I literally broke in half in front of the attendant, the small individual milk carton, which was not expired, was spoiled so must be a refrigerator issue. The bathroom in my room has a broken exhaust fan the clicked like a fuse box, a broken towel hook on the back of the door and the faucet switch to go from bath to shower was also broken.

Comfortable Stay in Columbus
We had a two night stay here for a family trip and overall we were happy with our stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near several different restaurants and a Wal-Mart. On the second night of our stay, there was an issue with the lock on our room and the door wouldn’t open. Hotel management gave us the use of the adjoining room as well as our original room, which we greatly appreciated. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the mornings.

Watch out for ants
Checked into our room and there were ants everywhere in the bathroom. The staff apologized and gave us a new room. The hotel smells like weed. The beds were uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Won’t go back

Staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel kinda had a smell but nithing crazy just an older hotel smell. Breakfast was nice with two waffle flavors eggs and sasuage along with a variety of breads and cereal. Didnt use the pool this trip but it was open and wasnt super busy.

This LaQuinta allows pets and I had a barking dog across from my room and pet hair in my room. The microwave plate had some kind of greasy oil on it and the shower had no pressure hardly at all.

Jump in the pool !
Overall we enjoyed our one night stay. The desk clerk was most welcoming and accommodating. Our disappointment came when we took showers in the morning. The water pressure was so low it barely took away soap while shampooing. It was not a malfunction on operating the device. Also paint was peeling overhead in the bathroom. Our room number was 111.
