Some things were a little dated, and the bunk bed was not the most stable, but overall a nice house. The house was in a nice location, and we were able to walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It was about a 10 to 15 min walk. Close to many restaurants. We would have liked to use the hot tub, but there was a lack of privacy from neighboring houses so we were not comfortable utilizing that feature. This is one time that i dont think that i will. Detail of home incorrect. It stated all bedrooms had t.v.'s and it didn't. You have to find parking to park. You're given a parking pass but the street is full so it was hard trying to get parking. Bunk bed is not safe. Doesn't feel secure at all, so no one slept on it. Washer makes lots of noise and took over an hour just to get load washed. Ended up having to go home with dirty clothes because washer took so long.I requested that we receive total towels and wash cloths as the people staying which was 6 of us. We received 2 wash cloths. I ask for more, the next day received a garbage bag full of bedding and towels. Still no wash cloths. Then was charged 30.00 an hour to checkout 2 hours late. Yes they compensated the 1st hour but the whole 2 hours should have been compensated. When coming back to Columbus, this is not the place i would stay or recommend to my clients. Lots of work needs to be done. If there was one good thing to say, the communication was good, but it was alot of apologies and no fixing the situation. ##### Crystal G. The home was not thoroughly cleaned (large dust bunnies, dirt clumps around the beds, etc.), but this was okay compared to some of the other messes we encountered. I found molding leftover grounds in the coffee machine, nasty (and unidentifiable) food clogging the kitchen sink, and a green hot tub that took two days in total to fix. The location and overall vibe of the house is great, but I was disappointed by these bits that took away from our trip since maintenance had to stop by several times. Like I said, the absolute responsiveness and helpfulness of the property management hosts did help. ##### Carly B.
