CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. OTHER: This is a duplex, so you may hear noise from the other side of the unit. The beds were very comfortable; neighborhood was quiet, we had plenty of parking especially when we discovered there are off street spots in the back of the property. 10-15 minute walk to OSU, Starbucks and our daughter’s apartment.
