Très bon hôtel propre et bien géré
Très beau séjour, bon petit déjeuner, personnel vraiment professionnel et gentil. La seule chose négative est la grandeur des lit vraiment très petites pour dormir à deux.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome..... very kind and helpful. Room was clean and looked like the pictures. Overall i was happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again.😊

Very clean room with a unique layout. felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Was crowed but no issues with noise or anything. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great.

The bathroom needs better ventilation there was water dripping off the ceiling with hairs and it was gross. Also, we didn't realize there would be no cleaning services or towel refresh during our stay- it would have been nice to know that in advance so that we didn't put dirty towels on the floor to be removed. It was very hard to determine if the bedding for the pull out was clean or dirty- I was worried about my kids sleeing there. Trash was not taken out from the night before in the lobby/common areas and it was apparant there was heavy fdrinking going on- garbage cans overflowing with beer cans stc. Not what you want to see at 6 AM. Front desk staff was very nice and accomodated us to get us fresh towels. We registered having six guests and we only had four bath towels and two washcloths in our room. Also, something is very very wrong with the elevator - it would stop between floors for a few minutes and you would be trapped. It sounded pretty bad- may want to have that looked at.

What we did like: The array of items for breakfast was great. The staff was kind towards our dog, too! The fitness center was clean and updated. The water was hot and stayed hot! What we didn’t like: Throughout our five day/six night stay, two spiders got into the bathroom. The pillows were also terrible. The restaurant wasn’t serving lunch and dinner, either (we weren’t alerted until we got to the hotel rather than before in an email).

We stayed here to be close to the total eclipse. This hotel was impeccably clean and worked well for a family of 6 to stay there. That being said, the bathroom is tiny and inconvenient to change in. There is no microwave in the room.. The breakfast was appreciated, but the sausage was not hot and they kept running out of things. I think they did a good job, being they were booked to capacity. The town has all the amenities and the hotel is about 15 minutes from the zoo.

Our room was designed very awkwardly with a very small closet, no dresser for clothes, the sink was outside of the bathroom in direct line of the bed. The couch seat cushions were ripped. The space is in desperate need of updates and redesign. Breakfast options were very limited especially for healthy options.

All in all, solid hotel for the price and convenience to surrounding areas. I was there for a concert so basically to relax for a bit and sleep. Didn't use any facilities at the hotel but staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be is the shower was Luke warm and I like it hotter. But that's just being picky on my part.so at the end, it's not a luxury resort, but it's not a dirty motel.

Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, I liked they had a bar in the lobby too. Only minor issue I had was with only 1 functional elevator it made things inconvenient during the morning hours. No microwave in the room was strange as well. Would definitely stay again though

We were happy with our stay. Our room was clean upon arrival and we had no issues. The bathroom is extremely small but functional. There was only one working elevator which was concerning. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Easy access to major highways. Not a ton of options as far as food goes right in the vicinity of the hotel, but options within a reasonable driving distance. Liked the Noon checkout time! We would stay here again.
