Highly disappointed in the Staff Customer Service. Upon checking in, the front desk employee was rude while checking in, acted rude as I asked about the $150 deposit. Also upon check out, I was told that I had 3 extra guests and that I would be charged & I explained that it has only been me & two teens. They charged me twice after I had already paid through Expedia & charged me $150 for a smoking fee & no one smokes in the 3 people that were there. All they told me was the housekeeper says that there was a smell of smoke and thats it.
