My shower barely worked, and light in the restroom barely worked as well, my stay there could have been better, but i would try again, it wasn't to bad.

The hotel was nice for my family. We enjoyed the swimming pool and free breakfast bar. I really like Embassy suites , I looked for them every time I travel.

Sara Jane's 17th Birthday

Posted 18-Jan-2016
Pros: evening reception and breakfast
Cons: More towels at the pool .
Location: Near downtown .
Very nice hotel with a great location .My family was visiting from the Pittsburgh area to visit museum's and art studios for my daughters 17th birthday . Friendly staff great breakfast .The only negative things I can say is our rooms thermostat didn't work and our room was the temperature of HELL ! It was so hot the air wouldn't kick on .We all woke up in a sweat and dry throats .The manager sent a maintenance man to the room . He reset it but it didn't work ,still hot .We were going to add another night but choose not to .No towels at the pool the teenage girls with us had to go through the hotel dripping wet , up the elevator and back to the room .

Nice hotel if you're bringing children

Posted 18-Jan-2016
Beautiful hotel, great staff, great & clean rooms. Not a place to go if you're looking for a quiet or romantic stay. SO MANY KIDS lol during the evening, there were 30+ kids in the small pool and hot tub area, most unattended-it was a mad house. We waited until adult swim @10pm, but by then the place was wrecked- gross, hair all over the pool, no towels. Breakfast was great though!

Nice Hotel for its rate.

I was on a business trip in Ohio, in January which meant it was going to be cold. The two bed suite was drafty around the windows in therror bed room. The heater worked well enough to warm the bed room but not the living /sitting area of the suite. The bath room was about 95% clean so room for improvement is there. Room service was very good with a moderate selection of foods for dinning in. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again when traveling.

Nice hotel, would use again.

Pros: The breakfast and coffee was quite enjoyable.
Cons: Pool floor anti-slip.
Location: Lots of great restaurants nearby.
We enjoyed our stay. The two double beds, instead of two queens like we are used to, was a little "tight-fitting". The check-in staff member was sufficient, but not excellent. The floor surrounding the pool, especially one section, was particularly slippery. My youngest son fell hard just walking from the pool to the hot tub and I saw several other guests slip, but recover before falling. The breakfast and coffee was really good!

stay here when in Columbus

I travel ALOT. I rarely write reviews. But this Embassy Suites property deserves my time. check in - all warm smiles...(thanks Bennie, ..and your colleague ..didn't get his name..). Managers Reception - Thanks Vicki for making my Dad & I feel at home, ...we needed that after our long travel day. Our room - comfortable, clean, quiet, two big-flat screens..., ..very nice. And a complimentary Kit Kat bar? haven't seen that before. fitness center - good equipment and all that's necessary in a hotel gym. pool - not your typical hotel pool, ,,waterfall..., ..with a hot tub. breakfast - made to order omelets, ..plus an excellent buffet, ..plus a very nice gal doing the cooking (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, .but she makes a really good omlette with a smile). The property manager introduced himself to us during breakfast, ..very nice fellow. He cares about his guests. That's clear.
