UPSET STAY - Very Rude Reception and Experience.

I was greeted by Rochelle the front desk clerk. I indicated I wanted to check in and she asked me to wait a few minutes while she got things pulled up. When she pulled up the reservation she indicated to me that I had reserved a King Suite. I indicated to her that was incorrect that I reserved a suite with 2 double beds. She then argued with me and indicated I was wrong and that I had reserved a King Suite. When I produced my reservation that I had printed off showing the 2 double beds she then indicated that she had just checked in a large group and indicated that I she may not have a room for us with 2 double beds and that she would have to see what she could do for me. When I indicated I had a confirmation number she said "Oh yes we do have a room for you". We then were greeted by a massive construction/renovation that was being done in the motel and were not informed of this before we checked in. Although we did get there late at night and it really did not impact our stay it was kind of disappointing when you spend the money we were for a motel room.Upon entering the room, after the argument with the front desk, I had forgotten to request a roll-away bed. When I called down and spoke to guest services I was rudely informed that "WE DON'T HAVE ROLL-AWAY BEDS". When we reserved the hotel we did note that Roll-Away beds, Cribs, and other items were to be available to us.
