I like how close the Sonesta is to Nationwide Arena. The staff are attentive and friendly.
My one gripe is that there was no hand lotion in the bathroom. Other than that, I would stay at Sonesta again.

We loved the hotel in general! Very clean and pretty rooms. I felt very rushed checking in with guest services and confused about charges that were made. We were also woke up at 8 am on a Sunday by banging in another room. I will only assume they were fixing something but it lasted a good two hours (on a Sunday morning! 😩)

The loft i reserved and paid extra for was nothing like advertised. The air conditioning made a lot of noise and prevented me from getting good sleep. I was on the third floor in 3305, i could hear every step in the room above me on the 4th floor, which also prevented me from sleeping. The staff was friendly. Your property needs some serious attention and modernization, therefore, I will not return.

The property was very disgusting in cleanliness. I asked for housekeeping and it came after two days and gave dirty towels. There were men facial hairs on the washcloths. I will never do this hotel again.

Very pleasant stay at this establishment. In town for a conference and so were a lot of other folks with different events but this hotel staff was pleasant and helpful even though it was super busy.

I stayed in a loft which was spacious. I didn’t sleep well for 2 reasons. The air was so loud it sounded like I jet plane. The thermostat was set at 77 and no matter how far I turned the temperature down the the heat never turned off. I usually sleep around 69 degrees so I woke many times through out the night hot and uncomfortable.
The loft was extremely dark I had used my cellphone light to read my book.
Other than the lights and temperature everything else was quite lovely.

Overall, my stadium was very enjoyable. The staff, food, options, and overall accommodations were excellent.
However, I was severely disappointed by the cleanliness of the linens and shower towels. Also, there was quite a bit of leftover hair on and around the toilet.

Poor service restaurant. Seen our waitress to take orders then never again until she delivered checks. We had to keep asking managers for drink service.
Food quality was poor
Charged different prices then what was quoted Had to call to get fixed.
Valet Parking for 2 nights was $82.00
Room had nail clippings next to bed and side table, under stand for refrigerator has so much dirt you couldn’t see the carpet.

They de-activated our keys and made up a stupid excuse as to why it happened blaming it on another co-worker. They never gave us clean towels until after the third phone call. I paid through Expedia and they paid Sonesta but they still charged my card for my stay. They told me they would email my receipt but it's been two days and I have not received it.

There was no handsoap in the bathroom, and we stayed in the loft which had very little lighting and was quite dark. Otherwise it was nice and spacious. I would have liked a property map since there were two buildings and finding the fitness center was difficult as well as understanding parking before we arrived. Not very clear.

I enjoy staying at this property because of it's location next to the convention center, the only downside in my opinion is that the don't comp parking.
