Walk to the Columbus Convention Center, Goodall Park, or take 5 minute ride to The Ohio State University and catch a game. Centrally located and a beautiful space. Location, Location, Location! The Short North is where everyone wants to be! The uniquely painted exterior that has a retro vibe is easy to find and a pleasure to enjoy. The inside is ultra modern with all the amenities you could need. Welcome! You have exclusive access to your unit. Parking on exterior side of building for one small/mid-size car. The garage parking is for main residence and not for this unit. I give everyone their space but text is the best way to reach me and I respond pretty timely. We love living here because the Short North is the artsy progressive part of town with all the shops, galleries, restaurants, live bar scene and seems to always be active. But being two blocks away allows you to escape to your quiet place to recharge! There is a complimentary parking spot to the side of your unit on the concrete however walking and Uber is probably best. Sorry, the backyard belongs to the main house tenants! But if you ask nice, they might share at their discretion. \*\*YOU AGREE THAT max 3 guests. Please provide Year make and model and color AND State of registration of any vehicles that will street park, so we can obtain a parking permit from the City prior to your stay. If you get a ticket or are towed for unlawful parking, that will be at your expense so please cooperate with us to help you avoid that. There is no additional cost to you providing your stay in under 30 days, but we need to obtain this permit. Be mindful of other guests in the main property and all of your neighbors ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING. SMOKING IS A VIOLATION THAT YOU AGREE ALLOWS US TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY DEPART THE PREMISES UPON REQUEST OF THE OWNER OR THEIR MANAGER/REPRESENTATIVE. There are external cameras in driveway, and at entrance of mudroom when you first enter so we can verify the identity of all guests for your safety and ours. There are NO cameras in general living area or private spaces. Listing states 1 bedroom w Queen bed, "shared space" has full size and twin. Location was perfect for us! Check In should have been easy, dark alley, no outdoor lighting and couldnt see keypad. Door automatically relocks so we got locked out while my phone was inside and I was transposing the numbers. Then get inside and only 1 queen bed in bedroom. We were counting on the additional shared space bed. There was a queen mattress standing in corner but no bed linens. When I asked host, he said the bed was not part of our rental since we only had 2 people. Then could not watch tv because we could not find any remote. Again, host responded if there is none there, just download an app. We rummaged and found them in back of a kitchen cabinet. Still unable to use tv as it had no wifi connection and no Vizio remote to get that done. Itnwas very clean and cozy just needed a few thing to be great. ##### Angela W. Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2024
