As a matter of fact, we will be replacing our carpet in several room sometime in the near future. As for check in time, you are more than welcome to call and see if a room is available for an early check in and we would accommodate if we can. Our check out time is 11am. The 4pm check in allows us to prepare all of our rooms, so that every guest has the best stay. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

My stay was very enjoyable. The pool was a little too cold, but the hot tube was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. All of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was nice. The front desk was very accomidating and helpful considering how busy they were with the Arnold going on. The breakfast left a little to be desired compared to some other locations we have stayed at. Other than a few stains in our rooms carpet, everything was clean and tidy.

This was a really nice hotel and the staff are great. The only problem i could see was the sidewalks around the building were covered with snow and needed to be cleared and salted. Other wise i stay again.

I’ve stayed at other holiday inn suites. This one was not the best or worst. There was baby daddy drama outside in front one night and people down the hall arguing during the night.

Rooms are nice; bathroom mirror perimeter lighting is terrific! Only a single elevator, and it's located at the end of the bldg rather than the middle which creates more walking. Lobby parking is limited.

Enjoyable two-night stay. Convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Satisfying morning "hot" breakfast. The only complaint, and it was a little one, was the self-closing room doors slammed shut. So...at 7:30 in the morning and on you heard the slamming of doors throughout the day.

While the hotel was quiet and clean our room was over the main floor kitchen and bathrooms the hall and area smelled a bit like a bathroom and when I woke up I could smell breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful when we needed more towels or some assistance with our conference room needs.

Nice place to stay!
Staff was super friendly. Hot tub and pool were both large and excellent temps. Breakfast was amazing everyday! Omelets, sausage, bread, bagels, pastries. Fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and pancake maker. Room was spacious and comfortable beds. Felt safe even walking to restaurants during the day. Shopping within 5 min. Highly recommend.

From the moment we checked in until checkout the staff was beyond kind and patient with us. We showed up 3 hours early and without hesitation we were able to get into a room. The rooms were clean better than any hotel we had stayed in during our stay (2 others). I will definitely be visiting again.
