Located on a street frequented by pedestrians, and still has city conveniences. The home is located close to popular restaurants, and has easy access to SR 315 and I-71\. Quickly arrive in downtown, OSU campus, Historic Worthington, Short North and more. Steps to the Overbrook ravine with loads of wildlife and tranquil settings! 2 comfortable bedrooms with closets, dressers, and televisions. You will see a nearly constant stream of runners, walkers and bikers using the street, because there is less car traffic here than the perpendicular streets. You will have a full fenced in back yard, and access to the whole home.
