The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed a snowfall while we were there and overnight the walks were cleared and stairs to our room were swept and salted. The accommodations might be dated, but they are in excellent condition and the staff was attentive and kind. And the rooms were generously spacious, especially for the price!

Our 15 year anniversary 💕
We have stayed several times and each time we're pleased with our stay. Very clean, spacious rooms. They offer snacks in the office and have the most beautiful property with brick sidewalks. Super close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the quiet.

Cute and charming
Such a cute little complex. Reminded us of a time long ago. A quiet little community of older homes. Was previously businesses, i guess. But, you get your own little townhouse or flat. Within minutes of practically every thing. The staff was really nice. The grounds were really clean. Breakfast is just some packaged sweets, not hot continental. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay again. So much nicer and more private than conventional hotel.

I love cute things.
This is the most adorable place I have ever stayed. It looks like a collection of tiny houses but each one is a lovely suite with kitchenette. Mine had an amazing bathroom with 2 separate toilet and sink areas on either side of the bathing room. The staff is great. Towel and cleaning services are by request so I didn't have to worry about any strangers in my room (great if you are traveling alone). Great experience. Would/will do again.

Really like the room sizes and scale of the space provided. We had 3 people and we never experienced that cramped feeling that you'd inevitably get when staying in a conventional hotel 1-room-layout. Best place to stay in Bloomington!

We stayed in a condo. It was spacious, and an excellent value for the price. The staff was very attentive. We were originally in an upstairs unit with an outside stairway. The stair did not seem completely safe, so we asked to be moved, since we were staying there a week. We were given a downstairs unit the next day, with no extra charge.

We are glad that you were happy with your stay. Some of our staircases (which lead up to the entry door of the second floor suites) are outdoor staircases. There are other second floor suites that have indoor staircases. We have recently performed maintenance on staircases and put new stain on the boards.

The standard apartment was spacious compared to many rooms of properties of similar prices from Choice or Wyndham. The available appliances suited well lengthier stays. The furniture appeared very well-maintained. The room was very clean, except for crumbs on the channel listing and a mug in the cabinet. The carpet was also stained with a few red spots. The bath water at the hottest setting was lukewarm, and there seemed to be residue in the jets of the whirlpool.

We are sorry for any inconvenience.Unfortunately, the few red spots are finger nail polish from a child that was painting their nails. We have been working with carpet cleaning professionals to try to remove the polish but they have not been able to completely remove the polish.

They charge 150.00 deposit ontop of renting room. I couldn’t use the jet tub because dog hair was coming out of the jets and the shower had black mold in it as well as cigarette burns in the carpet and musty smell and mold smell so bad I had to sleep in the living in a recliner with no blanket . I had better service staying in a cheap motel and I will never stay there again nor would i recommend this place

We are sorry the guest not happy with their stay. We strongly disagree with their assessment of the suite. We have several repeat guests at Century Suites Hotel and were recently sold out for IU Graduation. Our other reviews speak for themselves. We do not allow smoking in suites per the 2012 Indiana Smoke Free Air Law.Incidental Authorization Details: Expedia advises hotels to get a personal credit card at check-in to authorize in case of incidentals. This is our policy as well. We have to hold funds in order to make sure they are available.Our policy tab on Expedia and their Affiliates notes the 150 incidental requirement online. There are signs posted at check-in with these details. The Registration Card notes this requirement as well. In this instance we had also messaged the Guest through Expedia chat area on Saturday 5/13/23 at 11:19am reminding her of the incidental authorization for her Sunday 5/14/23 arrival. On Saturday 5/13/23 at 11:48am she indicated on the chat area that she "guessed she would have to cancel her reservation" but she did not cancel. Her original estimated arrival was by Midnight Sunday 5/13/23 night which is our usual deadline for check-in. She showed up late Sunday/early Monday at 4am.Details regarding guest's complaint about the suite: Expedia contacted us after the guest checked in to relay that the guest was wanting to stay for free because of complaints but did not want to leave the property. We offered to refund the Expedia Card if the guest was not staying. Expedia again indicated that the guest would like to stay at our property for free. We made it clear that if the guest was staying there would be no refund. There are other hotels in the area that had availability if the guest was not happy at this property. The guest stayed and checked out at the regular check-out time of 11am on 5/15/23. Upon inspection of the suite, the beds were both used during their stay. There were comforters/blankets on each bed and extra bedding for the sofa bed available in the suite therefore the note about "no blanket" for the recliner is not a valid problem.
