The Neighborhood: This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Getting Around: There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. The laundry space is shared between all units. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and bedding was nice. There were no blinds on the windows which would give more privacy in the evening. Kitchen items were efficient. No spoons. I didn’t even stay one night with my kids because of how bad it was when I arrived. It was not clean at all and not suitable for babies. I drove 15 hours to what I thought was going to be a nice stay for us and it was nothing like the pictures show. I came from Michigan to Fort Benning for a graduation and had to find a place last minute for us. They will not refund anything and refuse to do anything about it. I have pictures and videos and neither the property owner or Vrbo will do a thing about it. My fiancé is in the military and needed a nice relaxing place to stay and that couldn’t happen for him. Shows how much they care! Pretty sad if you ask me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! ##### Michelle A. We got to the house and the area is very run down. The door was covered with bugs and when we went inside, it looked very old not like the pictures the property didn't match the description online. We went to the first bedroom and there were small roaches on the bed and window and on the beds. In the other bedroom there is a wet stain on the floor. The bathroom looked like it was not cleaned and the towels were wet and thrown on the tub. In the living room, there were Black Widow spiders and animal droppings on the floor. We tried contacting the company but they did not answer so we had to get vrbo involved, but in the end the company sent someone who said we made it up even though we took pictures. The company did not attend our concerns promptly and we had to get emergency accommodations in a hotel paying steep fees.
