The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff excellent. This is an extended stay facility so you won't have daily housekeeping. Not a big deal, but you should know that. Only two issues. One is the heating, it's motion activated. It went from freezing to hot even though the set temperature was never changed. The other issue, for us, was the beds. Just not comfortable. We were there 4 nights and really never had a good night's sleep. If it weren't for that, we would go there again without question.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. I apologize that you did not receive a good night's sleep due to the mattresses and our heating system.
The good news is that we are receiving new mattresses and box springs beginning this month. We will be replacing a floor of rooms over the next few months and should have all rooms completed no later than the end of April.
Our heat units do have a motion sensor program attached to each unit. These motion sensors are part of the thermostat itself and at the top of each door. The programs are to adjust the temp by 1 degree for every 2 hours of no motion and does not move below 68 degrees. This is a protection for energy management reasons. Our maintenance team will be looking into your room to confirm that the heat unit is working correctly.
