The property also features Columbus' first Tiny House BnB in the back. Perfect for large groups, it sleeps 16, offering both shared space and privacy. Pets welcome! Just 10 minutes to Fort Moore and downtown Columbus, making it an ideal choice for your stay. We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. The Space: Fans of historic homes will adore the stunning stained glass, original hardwood floors, and charming period details. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need. This home is perfect for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories. The entire house is thoughtfully furnished, with a kitchen with all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and more! Relax on our comfortable memory foam beds with quality linens and enjoy all the comforts of a hotel but with the warmth and character of a home. Out back, enjoy our tiny home fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom features a surprisingly spacious shower for its size, along with a toilet. The kitchen includes all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and more! Enjoy a restful night on the comfortable memory foam full-size bed, or relax on the modern futon chairs. Beds come with quality linens, and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience. NOTE: This tiny home is heated with space heaters, not central heating. \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon arrival The Neighborhood: This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. Very safe and neighbors are all very friendly. Getting Around: easily found on any GPS and easily located by uber or lyft Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. Four of the rooms are like this leading one of our guest to get hotel. Walls and furniture dirty / stained. Front porch has wood rot. Three doorknobs didn’t work properly, one fell off completely. Upon arrival one of the beds did not have clean sheets, towels had holes. The management team dropped off clean sheets the next day and new towels with tags that needed to be wash before using. Other rooms were part of the other rooms not really providing all the privacy as 6 actual rooms would provide. Other sleep area were bunk beds in the hall way and a day bed with no doors. Trash cans in back were not emptied out and bbq pits were also not cleaned out and grates were missing. Coffee pot in house was not working, had missing parts. Deck had build up of leaves and debris. House is older, had some rotting wood and fascia falling apart, making it easy access to squirrels. Several pieces of trash out in landscape of property. ##### Lupita L. It's a big, charming place with lots of character, and the backyard is nice and private for letting your pet run around. It is an old place, but it's filled with nice upgrades, and plenty of choices for sleeping arrangements.
