My husband and I stayed in one of the jetted tub rooms. It was quiet, the jets felt amazing! The bed was clean and comfortable. And we had mints, cookies, water and pop waiting for us!

Stayed with a large group of children. Non smoking property that smelled like smoke. Stains on a lot of the furniture and linens in the room, clearly not dusted in a long time. No elevator to get up to the second floor. Hallways smell like wet dogs. No mirror in bathroom. Toilet had a sanitized paper sealing toilet but was not clean. Breakfast food was clearly bought in bulk and served in Ziploc bags, hot food was okay.

It was new Year's Eve and was expecting noise but it was SO quiet. The room was nice, but the restroom was extremely small and there was trash under the edges of both beds. The room smelled a bit strange. Neighbors across the hall were smokin weed the entire stay. The bed closest to the window had random pieces of metal sticking out of the side and cut my leg. Refrigerator didn't get cold even on highest setting. The pool room was super cold which made the whole stay a little disappointing hence the point of the stay. The guy who checked me in was very nice and professional. The breakfast area was spotless and the lady working the breakfast area was very pleasant. Not a prude or was I expecting a 5 star experience. Overall I would rate 8/10.

Convenient location — room was average, housekeeping service questionable (never restocked coffee, did not consistently bring fresh towels despite taking used ones), bed was very noisy coil spring mattress. Breakfast was good — the usual hotel fare. Front desk staff and dining room staff very friendly and helpful. Generally the building is poorly maintained, somewhat neglected. Clear water damage in the bathroom, bathroom fan not functional, poor tile and drywall work. Definitely not the cleanest place we ever stayed. The room may have been cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

Our room was nice as far as cleanliness but the bathroom was very small, only had a toilet and shower. The bathroom sink was in the room, not very appropriate. Also there was no carpeting in the room which made for a cold floor.

The staff are very nice! The place is so quiet with a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a normal free breakfast but good. However, I wouldn’t try to park my semi in there again, very tight fit. So, I would say no parking for semi trucks.

It was nice at first glance but then we seen the lack of housekeeping. There was garbage and fake rose pedals under the edge of the couch and on the floor at the head of the bed. There were ants on the jetted tub and in the bathroom. There were little diamond sequins everywhere and a piece of riped fabric that looked like it may have been from some fishnets stuck to the corner of the jetted tub. The filter on the jetted tub had alot of red hair and a rose pedal stuck in it. And the wifi had zero bars so we couldn't even use any features on the smart TV. The room has ALOT of potential and would have been more enjoyable had it been properly cleaned.

The fact that the guy in the front desk (older guy) is extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone to come to Ohio or even stay in this hotel. It made me feel extremely unsafe to the fact that everyone there sleeps with the doors open and the people next to our room #107 kept trying to open the connecting doors which made me feel extremely unsafe.

We stayed here the weekend of September 15th, the staff was so accommodating and nice. They allowed us to check-in early since we were going to a concert. The rooms are very clean and the staff was excellent. We will stay here again!
