Key Access Details: Parking is hassle-free, with a carport accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available. ★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Our assignment is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS: Our property is pet friendly (limit 2), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below: ✤ NO CATS! This is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues. ✤ No constant barking nor disturbances is allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behave and will be trained to be quiet. ✤ Non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 50lb limit and $100 PER ANIMAL PER STAY DOG FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE). This only applies to reservations that do not last a maximum of one week. If your stay exceeds one week, the pet fee will be $100 per pet per week (non-refundable). ✤ Pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard, not be left unattended at any time ✤ Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents. ✤ Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. Please pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly and bring a cover for our couches and chairs, if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds regardless. Any damage caused by an animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you. ✤ You will need to disclose to us if you will be bringing a pet to the property. Please let us know your pet's breed, how many as well as weight at the time of booking. ISSUES DURING STAY: ✤ So we can maintain a high standard throughout your stay and to help us address any concerns quickly and ensure the best experience possible, we kindly ask that any issues be reported during the guest’s stay. Any issues reported after stay can't be taken into consideration, as we won’t have the opportunity to assess or address them in real time. TRASH DISPOSAL: ✤ All household trash must be disposed of in the black or brown bins only. Failure to do so will result in a $50 penalty. Blue bins are strictly for RECYCLING only. SECURITY DEPOSIT: ✤ It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED: ✤ We require that all guests must be declared, regardless of whether they are staying or just visiting. Staying guests must be registered and acknowledged. Failure to register or declare any guests will result in a penalty of $30 per guest, per day. SECURITY CAMERA: ✤ Any tampering with or covering of cameras compromises the security of the property, and if they are altered in any way, it may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. EXTRA GUEST FEE: ✤ We have extra guest fee of $30/guests/night after 6 guests EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Early Check-In: We charge $25 per hour for early check-ins. Late Check-Out: We do our best to accommodate special requests. For late check-outs requested until 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Any requests made after 8 PM the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes. NO PARKING ON THE LAWN: ✤ Kindly avoid parking on the lawn, as it’s not permitted to help keep the property in great condition. NO RVs ALLOWED: ✤ Please note that RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed on the driveway or along the street to ensure a smooth experience for everyone in the neighborhood. SUPPLIES: ✦ We offer a starter pack of supplies. Guests staying for an extended period or with more people will need to purchase additional supplies for the remaining days. EATING OR DRINKING: ✤ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. SMOKING: ✤ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. There will be a $150.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in the house. DRUGS: ✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND! PARTIES: ✤ NOT ALLOWED and If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND! QUIET HOURS: ✤ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. We have stayed at a lot of places. This home was very nice. It was in a great, clean, quiet neighborhood. The furnishings were simple, lots of space, bed was comfortable, and we felt right at home. The Air Conditioning was in perfect working order and the pool was clean, yet a lil chilly for me but, my husband loved it. He acted like a child jumping off the diving board. I would recommend this home and will definitely stay here again. ##### Kari R. There were 5-9 people staying depending on the night so paid extra for the couple of nights we had 9 guests. Unfortunately, there was NO toilet paper in upstairs bathroom and only small partial roll in downstairs bathroom upon our arrival. So, immediate trip for supplies. We didn’t notice until shower time that there was no bath soap or shower gel either. Only paper towels was what was left on current roll. No hair dryer, no extra blankets or anything to make it comfortable. We wanted to skim debris off of pool but also no skimmer was available so had to buy one. Would not recommend staying here before the 2nd or 4th Tuesday when the pool is cleaned. I sent a message on the VRBO app 3 times to complain about lack of supples without any response . The only time I got any response other than automated was when more money was requested for additional person. Be sure to read ALL of the information before deciding to stay here. We have used VRBO for a lot of vacations but this stay was very disappointing. I’ve always tried to let the hosts know privately of any issues but when I don’t get a response, it’s difficult to do. If I were expecting 9 guests, I would be sure supplies were available. It would also be nice if they would have some rules for discharge available at the house so everyone would know what was expected without having to look them up on my phone. ##### June S. Left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths over that, $100 extra for a few hours on both ends of our stay. Then when we get there, there is garbage overflowing at the street. Cans were out there and extra bags laying in the yard as well. The house had a pretty severe ant problem, and we had to throw out a bunch of food that we had left on the counter the first night. They didn’t provide much in the way of cleaning supplies and left 2 laundry pods for the washing machine. Not nearly enough for a family of 7\. The decor of the house reminded us of a discount furniture store, not something you would want in your actual home. ##### Rich R. From entrance the house and decor was top tier. The host started sending messages to us days before our stay keeping us informed on rules where we could find things and always asked how things were and always responded quickly. The back patio and pool was a adult funfair. I definitely recommend trying this beauty out. From utensils and towels and the old school arcade was hot number 1 hit.
