« The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. »

"hôtel afin de visiter Washington. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Métro Noma Gallaudet à 300 mètres. Il permet d'accéder au centre ville en très peu de temps. L'hôtel est plutôt bien à condition de demander à être de l'autre côté de l'avenue de New York qui est une voie passante. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres spacieuses. La salle de bain est correcte. L'entretien des chambres n'est pas parfait (rideau occultant défectueux ce qui nous a valu un changement de chambre. Dans l'autre chambre, barre de seuil absente). Le personnel est à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui est très bien et compris dans le prix de la chambre. Il y a du monde mais pas de difficulté à trouver une place chaque matin."

"Ils n'avaient pas les bonnes dates de ma réservations et ne voyaient pas non plus que le petit déjeuné était compris dans ma rsévertion. J'ai du appeler à 2 reprises Expedia pour résoudre le problème. La personne à l’accueil était un peu de mauvaise foi."

"La chambre était très petite pour une chambre adaptée à la mobilité réduite. L'ouverture de la porte de la salle de bain devrait être inversée pour faciliter l'accès. Les accessoires de savons, shampooing, etc. devrait être positionnés sur le mur de côté et non à l'arrière du banc et le pommeau de douche téléphone plus près et accessible. J'ai dû demander à mon conjoint d'ouvrir et de fermer l'eau, car beaucoup trop loin. Par chance nous étions de passage pour une seule nuit."
