There is a camera on the front of the property pointing towards the front yard. It is NOT active. The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser. No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes. While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. There was damage done to the property prior to us being there that was obvious and they tried to make us pay for. The WiFi was terrible we couldn’t get any work from home done had to go to a nearby coffee shop. The home was vey hot and the thermostat didn’t work we had to buy fans. Overall we wouldn’t have stayed but we had already paid and couldn’t get any refunds. I was really disappointed with my stay. The listing was misleading. The home is in an area that did not feel safe . I was unaware that the house had been sectioned off and contained doors with locks that I’m assuming were part of the rest of the home . It is an older home and although it was decorated nice & was clean in most areas the smell of the home is distinct. We considered leaving as soon as we arrived but having spent almost 600 we had someone who was from the area come check it out and eventually stayed . Has cute tables out front of the house. Rooms are roomy, it is an older house but well kept. We didn't use the kitchen or living room but it was all clean and connected from what I could see.
