There were no previous reviews on this house, and looking at the price it seemed comparative to renting a hotel room. The pros of this property are location to base-about a nine minute drive and the price for two bedrooms. The cons were the location itself neighborhood was pretty rundown. The house did not seem to be overly clean, and the noise from being on the bottom apartment from the upstairs neighbors was very loud- to the point that I did not sleep the three nights we were there. There was a closet door broken, holding on by a hinge, and the bathroom in the hall was very loud to close. The forced air was also very loud.The property owner was very attentive though with suggestions and also offered to come have the door fixed if it was necessary while we were there.
