Property is currently under renovation. It's a noisy area, suggest you ask for room opposite of main road. Found several roofing nails in the parking lot. The portico ceiling was falling down.

Room had a busted up heater in room. Not useable. Not hardly any toilet paper. No tissues. Had to get them at the desk. He was to busy to bring them.

Good and clean room.
Very clean and good room and property location. Only issue we faced was the breakfast was canceled in the morning without any prior notice because of their staff not showing up.

The property appeared to be in renovation. The 1st room did not have a working heater. The second room appeared to have gauke in the tub drain. The curtains had tape on them and the bed sheets had yellow stains.

The room were nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the lighting was great. The set up of tbe room itself was very nice. The bathrooms were clean, so were the mirrors. The environment was quite as well making the stay more comfortable.

The staff attitude was nasty and unfriendly to the elderly and handicapped. I understood that they did not allow the free breakfast food to come out of the breakfast area but I asked if I could take something to my sister something that is elderly and handicapped some food they said no I would have to get permission from the front desk so I went to the front desk they also told me no I asked why wouldn’t you allow food to go to a person that is elderly and paralyzed on one side for me to bring them food she said that’s the policy. I said she paid for the room and she should be entitled to the amenities of their Hotel She then said well we just don’t allow it an no exceptions. Then the bathroom and towels were not the best. In my opinion they do not deserve a one star

Got a room that wasn’t clean sanitized, restroom had pubic hair on seat when we walked in, floors were dirty, had a bad stomach of dirtiness, doors security lock was hanging by a screw only, continental breakfast was late both days, so I had to leave without breakfast… that’s one reason we chose there because they advertised breakfast and cleanliness… I am a memeber for the quality inn but after this experience I think I’ll take my business somewhere else now…

Hotel looked like they had a slight upgrade but the towels and washcloths were stained very bad. I had to go buy some from the dollar store because they looked so nasty. The mirrors weren’t wiped down (toothpaste spit all over them) and the ironing board was dirty along with the iron… so come with your clothes already ironed out I guess. Overall it wasn’t all bad. It was the only decent place we could find for the state fair weekend. The location was excellent. Close to the highway and restaurants and shopping centers.

I liked the check in process and staff was great. The towels smelled awful and the floors needed to be cleaned. We had no pillow cases and the pillows were old and stained and the comforter had holes in it.

Pros: newly painted, and furnished Cons: holes in bedding, sticky floor, gross and dry breakfast, not so safe to travel with family, WiFi is very slow not worth money. We left Next day and stayed at another choice hotel block away with larger room and hot indoor pool and better breakfast for only $15 extra

Dirty, not clean and hard rock like bed
Left over coffee and in machine from people before us as well as their food in fridge. Dog hair thru the bed and floor they did change our trim though but then Solid concrete like hard bed woke up me with back pain not good for good night sleep additionally we found our car and as broken into so is for other few cars and no help from hotel
