You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details! Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request. The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser. No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes. While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. This was the cutest house ever! Very clean and family friendly. Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from army bootcamp at Fort Jackson which is less than a five mile drive away. So convenient and way better than a hotel for nine people. Very friendly and accommodating host with fast and easy communication. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely look for this host and her listings if we can’t get this one again. Thank you Wendy for a most enjoyable experience. ##### Stephanie P. The upstairs thermostat read 89 degrees, and it felt every bit of it. Outside was about 95, and there was no noticeable difference. Even more telling, each bedroom had a portable AC unit blasting away. Not only did this suggest serious issues with the central air system, but it made it obvious the management company already knew. (And those units were loud—nearly impossible to sleep next to.)I called the property management company that night. They said an AC technician had come earlier that day and claimed the system was “working.” That only made it worse—they were aware of the problem but rented the place out anyway. Rather than fix it or inform us, they patched it with temporary units and hoped we wouldn’t complain.When I asked if the representative knew how hot the house was, she admitted she didn’t—because she was calling from an offshore call center. So not only did they knowingly rent out a house with a broken AC, they outsourced support to someone powerless to help.We were stuck. It was late on a Saturday, we had five kids, and no backup options. The company eventually refunded us 25% of our total cost for four nights—only after I pushed back hard on their initial offer of 50% of the one-night "rate" without fees--which was less than 10% of our total cost. We stayed all four nights because we had to, but it was a thoroughly miserable experience. ##### Kendra J.
