It is located within walking distance of historic downtown Columbia. The home is located in a diverse neighborhood with a rich African American history. The property is east of the downtown square on Glade Street. We are about 30 minutes from Franklin, 45 minutes to Nashville. Complaints:1\. Moldy filter in coffee pot2\. My husband fell through back rotten step3\. No toilet paper or hand soap had to go buy it4\. Trash can in bathroom full with no liner 5\. Cob webs outside kitchen window6\. Floorboards uneven and went up and down when you walked on them. 7\. Beds were not comfortable8\. The Last night was the sewer backup and we could not shower. Had to clean the floor so we could at least use the toilet that night. Positives1\. Rotor Rooter Shane came within an hour and unclogged the outside clean outs and pulled out lots of tree roots so shouldn’t plug up for a while. 2\. The fridge worked3\. There were plates, silverware and spices4\.
