The home is only a 25 minute drive to downtown Columbia, 15 minutes away from Five Point, 10 minutes away from Village of Sandhill (shopping and movies), 20 minutes away from Fort Jackson, 30 minutes to William Brice Stadium and is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.
