Cigarettes must be smoked outside and cigarette trash disposed of. If cigarette butts or trash are found outside by cleaner, a $50 fine will be charged to your account. Cigarette smoking inside will result in a $500 fine. Pick up after pets or minimum $50 additional charge. Parking is important. As this is a duplex, make sure you park in the driveway in the spots parallel to the sidewalk - 2 cars should be able to fit here! The tenant to the other unit in the duplex parks to the right of the door that is in the driveway. Just send a message if you have questions! Pets must be approved. Pet fee is $75/pet to allow for extra cleaning time. Pets must be kennel trained. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Outside of the house was not quite as nice as we'd expected. We also didn't realize it's a shared unit. The top floor is occupied by a full time renter who leaves for work around 5:00 am so we were woken up by that both mornings we stayed. Other reviewers said it was within walking distance to downtown which it's not nor would I feel especially safe walking in that area after dark. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. The parking situation was confusing. I thought it instructed us to park on the left side of the house parallel to the sidewalk leading to the front door (I was wrong- it states to park on the left side of the driveway- meaning the driveway on the right of the house) . We parked to the left of the house the first night and the neighbor pounded on the door at 1am asking us to move our car. We wanted a more personable place than the local hotels where we had stayed in the past. Wonderland was great for distance, parking, and comfort.
