This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation. \- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am \- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count. \-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests. \-No bookings under the age of 25\. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property. \-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $100 for 3\. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests. \- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. The beds were also comfortable with plenty of closet space. The house wasn't very clean, the floors weren't clean for quite some time as our socks and feet were black when walking. Also under the furniture was filthy (our boys toys went under the couch and there was food, layers of dust, etc). The neighborhood was fine, we walked our dog and felt safe.it was quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and activities. When we first arrived our code to enter wasn't working, we contacted the property managers and they were extremely helpful and re-set the code the two times we had the issue. There is a basement unit with other guests. There isn't much insulation for noise and we often heard their conversation, TV,, etc. The thermostat was also constantly changing in our unit, turning down to 60°. Not sure why as it says this unit only has access to the unit thermostat? Overall it's a great house, but could use some improvements. ##### Trisha M. There isn't a paved driveway, and the exterior lighting is poor. The home wasn't clean—floors were dirty, the couch was dingy, and there was pet hair everywhere. The chair cover in the master bedroom needs to be washed as it's full of stains. The carpet in the basement room needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. The trash can was already halfway full, leaving no room for my trash. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell, which resembles wood dry rot, indicating a potential moisture issue that needs to be assessed. Additionally, the water pressure when showering was very low, and the tub was extremely slippery, posing a significant hazard that could become fatal if not addressed. This was my first time using this platform for my hospitality needs, and I must say I'm truly disappointed.
