Home includes 11 beds total, a movie theatre room, two living rooms, two kitchens, and over 5,000 sq feet of living space! Perfect for families, friends, dogs, & business professionals to come enjoy some time in the mountains. We also have a high chair and pack and play crib available upon request for those with little ones! Our host managers are available if there is anything you may need during your stay. The home is located on a quiet residential street in Columbia Falls. A short drive to downtown Columbia Falls, downtown Whitefish, and only 20-25 minutes from Glacier National Park! No partying, events, or large gatherings unless previously discussed with the host. There will be a $1500.00 fine and immediate eviction with no refunds without prior host approval. Quiet hours from 9pm-9am per Columbia Falls city ordinance. Music must be at a low volume and never with profanity. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Any unregistered guests who are not on the original reservation are not permitted on the property unless previously discussed with the host. We have a maximum occupancy of 18 people. A $200.00 fine per extra guest per night without previous approval and/or communication to the host will be charged. No smoking, vaping, or electronic smoking devices are allowed in the home. Violation will result in a $1500 fine. There is a $280.00 pet fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can alter the reservation. No cats due to severe allergies as we do utilize this property as our home as well (this includes ESA and Support animals). Please clean up after your pets while on the premises. Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofa/couches. Before you leave, please remove your trash and utilize the large trash bins outside. Trash day is early on Monday morning. Check-out is at 10:00am. Late checkout fee of $50 per every 30 minutes late, unless previously communicated and agreed upon with the host in advance. For firepit usage, the guests are responsible for any and all damages caused. Fires are not allowed to have flames over 2 feet in height and all fire must be contained in the firepit at all times. PLEASE be extremely careful during fire season in the summer and fall as any and all damages will be the full responsibility of the guests. Conveniently located to everything. The only complaint is no closets in most of the upstairs bedrooms. We were there for my son’s wedding and all the dresses had to be hung in master closet downstairs. But the house is so nice and plenty of space for a large group. There was lots of room to move around. For us having a second kitchen on a different floor was perfect. We could have one kitchen be completely gluten free so we didn’t cross contaminate the food . The large kitchen downstairs had everything we needed to prepare meals and two dishwashers! There were tvs in many rooms so we could have different movies or sports on at the same time which worked out well with 17 people. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit making s’mores one night and sat on the patio enjoying a thunderstorm another night. It was in a great location too! Close enough to Flathead Lake that we could go boating, not far from Whitefish or Glacier Park either so we could see lots of things in a small radius. The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had and replied quickly. Plenty of room and rooms for 4 families, including 6 kids under 11\. There is always a concern about space and room when traveling with large families, but this home did not disappoint. Kitchens were both well stocked with all appliances, dishes and hard goods to allow for easy meal planning. Great upstairs for any aged kid that can be isolated to allow movies (great theater room), games, reading, etc. Well stocked laundry room, which is a huge positive when traveling with kids. Owner was strong and active communicator, with tips and tricks for both the house and the area. We had no issues, but they were able to quickly answer all questions that popped up. We booked a few months in advance, and they still helped with questions about the area and house well before our arrival. Location was great, easy 30(ish) minutes to park. About 20-25 minutes to both Whitefish and Kalispell, so easy to hit all reservations. Super 1 grocery store within 10 minutes to house. ##### Josh C. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Corina C. 11 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté Our stay was terrible First , when we got there , they could not find our reservation so took us a couple hours just to get in . 2nd - the outside looked like crap. the lawn wasn’t mowed and the outside furniture was in the garage dirty so we could not use it .And finally , it was 80 and our air conditioning did not work . we called the maintenance guy and he just turned it down to 62 instead of trying to fix it after we already told him it wasn’t working . we had to call back and then they sent a Hvac guy who said they needed to order a part . of course, it wasn’t going to come until after we were gone. They did not do anything to help us out or to accommodate . The place is beautiful but we were very disappointed and do NOT recommend this place to anyone ! ##### Corina C. The listing doesn't do it justice. We have stayed in over 15 VRBO's across North America and this is one of the best for a crowd. The common area and well stocked kitchen downstairs are ideal for togetherness, and the upstairs is divided into many bedrooms, an amazing theatre room, and two other common areas to give people space and separation. Perfectly stocked, ample parking, close to Columbia Falls, Kalispell and Whitefish ... with excellent host communication. Highly recommend this gorgeous property! ##### Amber H.
