It is exactly as it appears in photos and communication with the team was easy and painless. As stated in the listing, there is no A/C and we happened to be visiting during a very hot week, so in the evenings the upstairs was quite warm, but not unbearable. I'm sure that most weeks of the year this is not a concern. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was near some great local restaurants, which was a plus.
