This beautiful home in Columbia Falls, Montana is where you can experience the true essence of Montana living! Flathead River is a short stroll from your front door, just across River Road! With its proximity to various attractions such as West Glacier National Park, Whitefish, and Kalispell, you'll have endless opportunities to explore and enjoy the wonders of the area. The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a nice coat closet available for you to hang your jackets and store your outdoor gear. You'll also find a convenient laundry room, where you can take care of any laundry needs during your stay. This allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your vacation. Additionally, further down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Opening up to the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top that allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the comfortable dining room provides a pleasant setting to enjoy your culinary creations. The cozy living room is a welcoming space where you can relax and unwind after a day of outdoor activities. It features a gas fireplace and a futon for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. Step out onto the covered back deck and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings. With a beautiful fire table and a gas grill, you can savor outdoor meals while taking in the breathtaking views. During the summer months, Columbia Falls is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, zip line adventures, whitewater rafting, fishing, and so much more. Headed to explore Glacier National Park, you will see the water park at Big Sky Waterslides, a natural vortex at the House of Mystery, and the Amazing Fun Center with go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and a gigantic maze. When you are tired of exploring at ground level, take a walk in the trees at the Glacier Highline Adventure in Coram, or go on a horseback ride with Swan Mountain Outfitters – and don’t forget to check out the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center in West Glacier - with an awesome interactive map display and petting zoo during the summer months. Upstairs heat was not a big problem but we closed off some the downstairs AC vents. Plus we were there in cooler weather. The place had everything we needed and was closer to GNP that most other places we looked at. It was very clean and spacious. The shower did make a funny squealing noise most of the time, but it wasn’t a big deal. It did seem warm upstairs even with the a/c running. So my husband closed all the vents downstairs, and we slept well upstairs. We didn’t have anyone sleeping downstairs, but I think anyone sleeping downstairs would have been cool enough even with the vents closed. The noise from the highway didn’t bother me at all. The house was well stocked with everything we needed especially the kitchen which was appreciated as we tend to cook quite a bit while on vacation. It was also very conveniently located for all the things we wanted to do while visiting Glacier National Park. ##### Kevin M. There are enough beds and rooms for a big family. We loved sitting out on the covered porch and watching the deer pass through in the morning and the evening. Very clean, kitchen is pretty well stocked. The upstairs is a bit hot at night even with the fans on, but we managed. Great place! ##### Kelly M. The house has a good layout, and we especially enjoyed the screen porch and grill!
