This newly updated town home sits in the heart of Meadow Lake Resort. Just across the road from Hucklebear Park, this is a great unit for anyone with kids who can enjoy the jungle gym, the swings, a game of tether ball, or perhaps beach volleyball. Sorry, no pets allowed. Situated just in front of the 12th green, you can enjoy the view of the golf course and wildlife from the comfort of your back deck. When you enter the unit, you will find yourself with the first full bath to your left, and a cozy bedroom to your right. The first bedroom in the unit, located on the first floor, has a queen size bed and large closets to store your luggage. The bathroom located just across the hall has both a tub and shower. As you move further into the unit, you will find a utility room to your left and the kitchen to your right. The utility room is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, iron, and soap for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked brand new stainless steal appliances and everything you could need, including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Paper towels and dish soap are also supplied. From the dining room you have a spectacular view of the golf course through the sliding glass doors. The colors of the foliage in Fall are breathtaking. The living room is warm and inviting with a large couch, love seat, side chair for guest seating, and a gas fireplace for those chilly Montana evenings. Up stairs is a spacious loft with an over sized sectional sofa and large screen TV. Enjoy sitting in the loft, basking in the natural light coming through the large windows, and let your worries melt away. Off the loft is the master suite with a king size bed and very roomy master bathroom with a walk in shower. The second full bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower. It also has a walk in closet with lots of storage space. The master bedroom has a television and private balcony. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. It is not unusual to see deer wandering on the golf course behind this unit at dawn and dusk. Minimum stay is required. Rates are quoted in USD. This is a two bedroom unit with loft. The two main bedrooms have a queen and king bed respectively. There is a L shaped sectional sofa, coffee table with side lamps, and a flat screen television in the entertainment cabinet. This space is perfect for singles or children in this living area. Whitefish offers skiing at the Whitefish Mountain Resort (formerly known as Big Mountain), boating and water sports at Whitefish Lake, golfing, shopping, casual and fine dining, and an exciting and friendly night life. Also within a close proximity to the resort are West Glacier/Columbia Falls which offers climbing, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and Whitewater rafting. Kalispell, about 15-20 minutes away, offers the largest selection of shopping centers in the area and several award winning golf courses. The Flathead Lake, the largest natural lake west of the Mississippi, is 45 minutes away and offers community boat launch facilities. The resort is located approximately 45 minutes from the Canadian border (4.5 hours drive time from Calgary, just over 3.5 hours from Lethbridge. Everything in the kitchen was in perfect working order and had everything we needed to prepare meals.Though mountain views would have been nice, we were entertained watching the golfers :)Originally booked it with a hot tub, but later found out it would not be in working order for our stay -- but the host was honest about this and we were able to work around it. The proximity to Glacier National Park as well as Whitefish worked well for our plans. The space in the townhome was sufficient and the property was very clean. Shortly before our trip, the owner reached out letting us know the hot tub was not working. We were very disappointed but she offered a partial refund which we greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the park was close for the kids to play, and we even saw a family of deer each morning! Beds are so comfortable and there’s so much space to spread out in every room. There are two lounging spaces with tv’s and sectionals. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need plus some. Location is close to West Glacier and just minutes from Whitefish. The golf community is gorgeous with deer to greet you each evening.
