Cedar Pointe Townhouse This unit will have a 36-48 hour turnover between guests. The calendar will be blocked according to this. There is a 4-6 night minimum late spring and Summer through Labor Day and a 3 night minimum from October - April. Stays longer than 10 days will need prior approval from management before booking the unit. The Cedar Pointe Townhouse can be booked online through VRBO/Expedia. This unit can also be rented long-term for $2,250/month, all-inclusive, for 30 days or more, from November - May. Prospective, long-term tenants can contact manager for details. This Columbia Falls, MT townhouse is nestled in the heart of Glacier Country, between Glacier National Park and our awesome ski and summer resort, Whitefish Mountain Resort. Cedar Pointe is a newly appointed, up and coming neighborhood, conveniently located along the Flathead River. Just north a few yards from the property begins a community-walking path that leads right to the river. Just a short walk up the road leads you to a wonderful local coffee shop, Montana Coffee Traders. For close family fun, take a stroll through Marantette Park or take a quick drive to the Big Sky Water Park. GNP is beautiful !! If you are visiting you better be in pretty good shape to do most of the hikes to see the different falls , lakes and glaciers !! It would have been nice to be in my twenties again , as I am 70 and in pretty decent shape for a 70 year old but found some hikes to tough .But had a great time did over 44 miles in 5 days .
