Very good! Location is in the center of downtown.
I liked the layout of the main lobby, and I felt very welcomed by the woman who checked me and my friends into our room. Though the lobby looked very interesting, once we got to our room things seemed a little disconnected— like we were in s different hotel. I’m not saying that there’s anything supernatural ...
The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to wonder about all of the Downtown area, you have everything at a walking distance. exceeded my expectations, for the price we paid, will definitely come back.
The common areas and lobby were beautiful and the front desk staff and valets were very friendly. When we got into our room, the thermostat was set to 80 degrees and we needed an engineer to come up to lower it for us, but they took care of it right away. A fan in the bathroom would help with steam/condensation. ...
Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was exactly as expected and clean. Would definitely stay again!
Location is excelent, easy access to the subway system.
This is a historic property located across from Millennium Park. It has all the grace of old with updated facilities. We loved it.
Great location, super clean, incredibly friendly staff, quiet.....there is nothing negative to say!
Cool downtown location. Older building but large rooms with high ceilings. Updated bathroom. Would stay here again.
