We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. "The house was very clean, and had everything you would need! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole house was very cozy. The front of the house has big windows looking out over the River; it was a beautiful view and such a sweet little spot to spend a few days. There is a very nice hiking trail less than 1/2 mile away. We reached out to the owner about a concern and she was very communicative and helpful! A great stay; would highly recommend."

"Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam."

"This house has the most stunning and open floor plan with great furniture and a fantastic kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location between Cranberry Tupper Lakes is very nice as well. It is close to a lot of outdoor things to do. The fire pit in the back is amazing as well. Just a note - the house is on a pretty busy highway. The noise didn’t bother us in the bedrooms, but it did force us off the front deck and to keep the front door closed. "

"The property was very cute and clean. We were looking for a convenient place to stay while we moved our son into his dorm. The house was close to campus and made it very easy to get around. We loved the hot tub at the end of a long day. The house was close to everything f and gave us the opportunity to easily walk around town and get an idea of the area. The house had everything we needed for a quick weekend away and to use as a home base for my family. I will certainly look at staying here...
