Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. Pictures are accurate but at the same time don't do the views justice. It happened to snow the first day we were here and it was gorgeous. Due to where the firepit is situated we had a good view of the wildlife that strolled by as well as the snow-topped mountains. Place is cozy and plenty big for us two. It is extremely close to all the main attractions, places to eat, and a grocery store if you need it. I would say the only downside was that the microwave was very small and didn't like to heat up properly, there is no bathroom trashcan, and upstairs neighbors were a bit easy to hear. This was the perfect spot for us and our 2 dogs. Perfect location and the views are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The hot tub was very clean! Communication was top notch.
