House was excellent for us and we really enjoyed it very much. Only thing we missed was kitchen dish towels so we've left a couple for the next guests. However, my 82 yo mother and 72 yo cousin both felt that the stairs to the basement needed to be covered by a baby gate. I did not see a problem, but if you have oder people or toddlers, be aware that the stairs can make them nervous. Clean, and just as advertised as far as rooms, beds, kitchen.
