Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will be heated to 102°F later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. Interaction with Guests: We are just a quick message away for anything you may need. You will always be able to reach our team with any issues and we are quick to respond through our messaging!. You will have access to the private garden level and everything in it! Great location The apartment was super clean, cute and in a great location. The owner of the home was very attentive and assisted when requested. I did however struggle with a couple of things 1st - was the inability to control the temperature of the apartment during a very cold period was inconvenient. 2nd - the noise from upstairs was at times unbearably loud from footsteps to furniture sliding and children running and screaming.
