We came during Christmas week and the house had a Christmas tree in it! The play room was a hit for the kids to hang out in. There was even a towel warmer in the main bathroom ( which now we are buying!) .Host was very responsive. There are so many shops, restaurants, liquor stores and a park walking distance. So nice to be able to walk into town to the nearby restaurants, shops and arcade . The abundant parking is very valuable since it is scarce and costly around Manitou Springs. The back patio with a grill, smoker and fire pit is as private as it gets. And the river and bridge out front are so peaceful. We had an absolute blast!
