This place was awful. People kept trying to open the door though the night. There were stains alol over the carpet. But, the cou de gra was the broken crack pipe pieces in the floor. The staff didn’t seem bothered by this at all. Good thing I wasn’t walking around barefoot.

The breakfast was cereal and a gallon of milk that was shared by everyone. Old and dirty with the smell of marijuana.

Empty shampoo bottles were on the bath floor upon check in. The ice machine was broken. No remote for the tv. No wash clothes or hand towels at check in. No breakfast or 24 hour desk staff as listed in the guest directory. No room phone and bathroom has hole in wall where fan was located. Lamp fixture had no bulb or shade.

First off the staff is horrible. They put an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a significant amount that nobody knew why. The room smelled like an ashtray. There were no towels, the wallpaper was peeling off, missing lamp shades, smoke detector missing and what appeared to be red splatters on the ceiling. Their "free breakfast" was located at the Day's Inn across the parking lot. They even had a sign saying that if nobody is at the front desk to go next door to the day's inn. Contrary to their descriptions we had no microwave, no coffee/tea machine and the refrigerator was a small cube that sat on the floor. The bedding was stained and had a big burn hole in the comforter. Cant really think of any positives at all. Hope this helps

There were no towels or face cloths. We asked for them at the front desk and was given only 2 toiwels - no face cloths. The toilet seat and lid were not attached to the toilet. The TV did not work. The remote control had no batteries or back to hold them in place. I turned it on using a button on the bottom. It said it was not attached to Cable. There was no way to channels anyway. The carpeting was old, worn and disgustingly dirty. The sink and counter had cigarette burns. Not a decent place to stay.

The heat in my room did not work, on a night with single digit temps outside. The curtain rod on the tub was barely hanging on the wall, leaving it so tilted that the curtain would not stay fully closed. Also, there was a required $100 deposit for damages, etc. that was not disclosed on the listing -- yes, that is refunded after checkout, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, and it was more than the cost of the room.

Check in at 3pm..more like 6pm. Room had no towels, chairs, and 1 pillow in king bed. No breakfast, filthy carpet, no microwave, fridge could hold a gallon of milk. If you wanted breakfast you had to go across to the Days Inn, except they didn't have it either. Should not be in anyone's program. Owner/Manager should be fired!

No extra pillows available, no hair dryer, 1 soap, 1 shampoo. Only two towels, no wash clothes or hand towels .I requested at desk and none available. Dual pain windows and outside one broken. Door handle broken. Said would get it fixed and they didn't. We were there 5 days and the experience was such that I believe that Expedia should remove from there listings. Nothing like adverrtisement.

I hate to give bad reviews but this one is warranted. Needless to say, I would NEVER choose this property again. This hotel is in need of some upgrades. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have room keys. Every time you return to the hotel, you have to get the receptionist to open your room door for you. How inconvenient. There are too many other things to mention so I won't even waste my time. Do better.

When I pulled into parking lot there were police and fire rescue at entrance. As I walked in there was a lady tweeked out in the parking lot half in her car half out with all her belongings spread out on the ground. And a bunch of people tweeked out hanging out outside.

Managers were the only ones with keys to the rooms, beds had bugs in them. One pillow and one blanket per room. Terrible experience. Ended up going to another hotel in town and they knew exactly which hotel we had issues with. Seems like it’s been a reoccurring issue.
