However, we did have some concerns about the basement “bedroom.” It didn’t seem to have a proper emergency exit, as the small windows were partially obstructed by dirt outside.The room also had a noticeable musty or mold-like smell, which unfortunately triggered my son’s asthma. While looking around, we saw a few mouse traps and noticed what appeared to be a utility area with a dirt floor, which might have contributed to the odor.Because of these issues, we decided it was best for our family not to stay. Cozy bungalow with beautiful upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom. Property was close to downtown, and all the beautiful attractions The Springs has to offer.
