Summary:  
Immaculate, fresh style awaits you in this spacious, newly remodeled lower-level suite in the heart of Old Colorado City. From the high ceilings to the heated bathroom floors, this 2BR/1BA is your ideal getaway! Steps away from OCC's excellent restaurants, shops, galleries, night life, and seasonal farmer's market in Bancroft Park, there is no better location for all that Colorado Springs has to offer! Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and the fun of downtown are within minutes.  
  
The Space:  
You will have your own private entrance to this spacious, air-conditioned, 1200 sq ft guest suite through the back gate of the main house, where you'll find a cute little passage-way with cafe lights and a private table and two chairs where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee. A beautiful handmade iron handrail guides you downstairs into the generous kitchen with a full-sized stove, fridge, and everything you need for a homemade meal at your fingertips--including a large flat-screen television on the wall with cable.  
  
Read a book, watch a movie, or play a game from the comfortable sectional sofa in the cozy living room. The ample recessed lighting keep the space bright and cheerful.   
  
In the modern deluxe 3/4 bathroom, you'll find double sinks and a huge, walk-in, tiled shower with luxury shower heads. Radiant floor heating will keep your toes toasty warm on our cool Colorado mornings.  
  
Both bedrooms are amazingly comfortable. One has a king bed and one a queen bed, and both are fully stocked with fresh crisp linens and both have private cozy sitting areas.

You'll enjoy private access to the entire suite.  
  
Check in is at 5pm and check out time is by 10am. We do our best to accommodate early check in and/or late check out requests. We offer these based upon our housekeeping team's approval as their schedule can be demanding and for an additional fee of $25 per request if we can accomodate it. Please note, the earliest check in time available is 2pm and the latest checkout time we can accommodate is noon.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This suite is in Old Colorado City (OCC), one of the greatest neighborhoods in Colorado Springs. OCC is right between Downtown and Manitou Springs, and has a fun and vibrant scene. Garden of the Gods is just a few minutes away by car.  
  
Getting Around:  
Most visitors to Colorado Springs will choose to use a car, but there is a bus route running conveniently up and down Colorado Avenue. Catch the "art bus" if you're here on a "First Friday Art Walk" and experience the fun of stopping at several galleries between downtown and the West End.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\+ Sleep in peace on our super soft linens which were laundered in a professional facility to ensure the highest possible amount of viruses and bacteria are utterly destroyed.  
  
\+ We are not 420 friendly. No smoking of any kind inside, please. Outdoor tobacco use is permitted.  
  
\+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
I give my guests their privacy by default but love to help you get the most out of your time in the Pikes Peak Region, so don't be afraid to ask for local advice. I'd love to interact with you.

Four of us stayed here and enjoyed it immensely. It is a small and cozy place close to OCC where there are some great places to eat and shop. Garden of the Gods is very close, as well as Manitou Springs. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay while exploring all that Colorado Springs had to offer. We were close to great restaurants and it was a quick drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak railroad and all the outdoor activities. It was extremely clean, roomy, and had everything you would need for a getaway.

#### Lovely stay in old co spgs

We came down from denver for 2 nights to do some Colorado Springs activities and this was the perfect place for my husband, my sister, my 11 yo niece, and I. It was close to cute restaurants and shops as well as the zoo, manitou springs, the broadmoor area, and garden of the gods. It was quiet and peaceful in the apartment with comfy beds and an amazing shower! Furniture was all very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our quick trip. Highly recommend.
