Thanksgiving stay

The home was lovely, much beautiful art, very busy with decorations. We were going to bring our two dogs, last minute did not which I was very glad we did as the “ dog door” is not an actual dog door but a second exterior door so useless as an actual dog door which our dogs would have been miserable with. No hot tub at all, not sure why that was advertised as such. Good parking, nice full kitchen ( no can opener FYI). TV never worked in one guest room, was able to get main TV with own streaming for the game. Overall we had a good stay.

Great, central location

This was such a cozy house to stay in. We stayed for a week and Audrey was so helpful the whole time. It was only about a 15-20 minute drive from all the trails we wanted to walk and there were so many options for food around. Plus, Audrey suggested a bunch of places to eat/visit that fit with what we were wanting to do that week. Great place to stay!

The place with everything!!

The best vacation rental experience I have ever had! The place was absolutely perfect! Audrey was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. My friend and I flew I. Super late Friday night so when we arrived it was about 1am. Liquor stores were closed and we really needed a night cap. Sure enough, the house had a little stash we were able to partake in. After traveling for so long this was a god send! The next morning my friend realized she had forgotten her toothbrush as we were frantically trying to get ready….once again, Audrey for the win as she had an extra available. This place really came in clutch, the energy inside was welcoming and truly felt like home. Thank you!!!

This house was perfect. Everything you could ever ask for. Audrey took time to make sure you had everything you needed for your stay. very clean and was easy to work with. Will defiantly stay there again when in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Comfortable Home

This place has pretty much anything a person could think of. The only thing missing is a can opener. Very homey and hospitable. Wonderful for our 2 dogs as it has a very nice big fenced back yard and a dog door. Washer and dryer came in handy. It is a very cute and special little home. Would recommend a detailed cleaning of the place though. The dish washer leaks a bit so we put a towel down to catch the drips. Otherwise would definitely recommend and would come back.

The home and yard were perfect, spent a lot of time outside in comfortable seating. The host was amazing giving us ideas of where to go and what to do. Even helped me find a veterinarian when needed. Loved that it was cleaned weekly. Perfect non stress retreat.

Birthday Vacay

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this lovely property. We weren't "home" much because we were so busy with all that Colorado Springs has to offer. But when we were, we were very comfortable. The home was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Most of our activities required us to drive, but we did take several walks around the neighborhood and even walked to a great Mexican restaurant one evening. Audrey was great. We had easy check-in and check-out instructions. She emailed us a couple of times while we were visiting, offering some advice on local events that were happening. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Colorado Springs.

Will stay here again!

Lovely, very comfortable home, that is convenient to anything you want to do in the Colorado Springs area. Enjoyed our week here; wish we could have stayed longer. Owner gets my highest rating possible! She was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed and took care to make us feel at home. She also had the best recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

Excellent!

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. It is exactly as described, but somehow better. The location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Audrey has thought of everything. The house is very well stocked with some surprising extras. She is very available and communicative. We were so comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job.

Amazing & So Worth It

This was an absolute beautiful place to stay! It was pet friendly so our sweet fur baby got to come! Audrey was an absolute blessing and was always there for any of our questions & gave us some amazing suggestions! The wall of recommendations is fabulous!! You are literally within 15 mintues of everything! Definitely worth it!!

Perfect home-y vibes for long-stay!

What a LOVELY home! I have nothing but good things to say about Audrey. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. My roommate and I stayed for 10 weeks while we were doing a clinical rotation in the Springs. Great location! 10-15 minute drive to lots of hiking and outdoor activities. 5 minute drive to restaurants downtown. Big fenced in backyard for my roommates dog to run around. If I'm going through the Springs again, I'd definitely want to stay here. Bonus: the beds were so comfortable :)

An amazing touch to a wonderful trip.

The house was amazing. It was more than what was expected. The house itself was made the whole trip come together. The owner was fantastic. Not only was there a chalk board wall with food and site seeing suggestions, the owner personally messaged me additional suggestions prior to the trip. She was open to all my questions about the house and the surrounding area. She answered quickly and always asked if there was anything more she could do. It was a delight to come back to the house after a day of visiting Colorado Springs and spend the evening in the large back yard relaxing or playing a game at the table that was provided. I would recommend this house over and over again.

Perfect location and great place for pups

From the time we booked util we checked out the process went smooth and easy. We brought our two dogs with us and they loved the home. The backyard is huge and gave them plenty of room to run around and have fun. There are water and food bowls strategically placed inside and out. The home was very neat and clean and we felt it was in a very safe area. The mattresses were super comfortable and it was nice to have control over the AC (we like to sleep with it extra cool). They thought of everything. There isn't one thing in the home where we thought, "oh, wish they had that." The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We grilled outside and cooked inside several times. There is a dishwasher with soap. The bathroom has plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is a washing machine with laundry detergent, if needed. We asked the hosts for restaurant and sightseeing suggestions and they sure delivered. They provided us with so many great options with details on each one and links to the websites. We took their suggestion and brought our dogs to eat on the patio Monse's Taste of El Salvador and wow, it was delicious. The Pupusas were amazing and a specialty. They are maybe similar to a funnel cake filled with cheese and veggies (of choice) and topped with anything you want (fajita meat was great). Ask how long the wait is when you get there. It was an hour for us from arrival time to the time the food was delivered. It was 100% worth it for sure but if you're in a hurry, it might not be the best option. We also went white water rafting with the Royal Gorge Rafting and Zip line Tours and that was the highlight of the trip. We spent a couple days hiking at the Garden of the Gods, seven falls and seven bridges - another home run tip by the hosts. :) If you find this place open, then book it fast. They usually don't have any openings. Have fun! :)

Great House Close to Everything

We had a great time in Co Springs, the house was located within walking distance to some great parks and running trails (and Starbucks). Also easy driving distance to Garden of the Gods and Palmer Park (a must go with a dog). This house is perfect if you have a dog, nice backyard and hardwood floors in the house. We really loved staying and didn't want to leave. Hope to be back soon!

Self-isolation perfection

We were planning to be in CO, and unexpectedly chose to go much earlier than planned before the shelter-in-place order went into effect. Audrey was wonderful! We were able to get in after just 48 hours of planning, and the home was perfect. Tastefully decorated, all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms including laundry soap, plus games and puzzles galore to entertain us. It has a large backyard with lots of lawn furniture, a lovely view of the mountains through the trees, and is very pet friendly. Stop looking and book this one.

Cute little house, perfect for us

This is such a cute little property. Older home near downtown. The house is small, but perfect for me and my college age daughter. Location is great, it is an older neighborhood, but very near downtown. There are two city parks just blocks away. Getting to downtown restaurants is only 5 or 10 minutes. Convenient parking either on the street out front or in the back off of an alley. The house is extremely well done. The interior is very clean with cool artwork. The kitchen is beyond well stocked, everything you could think of. Big fenced backyard. Audrey does a nice job making sure you have all the comforts of home. We will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Pet friendly indeed

Loved the house. Cute and spacious enough for seven of us. Well stocked and conveniently located. Audrey was the best about everything! Only qualm; too much dog hair on the furniture and bedding. Other then that, we had a great stay.

5-Stars!

Super comfortable, great location, wonderful host. Labor Day Lift-Off two blocks away was a special treat. Dogs loved the large backyard and host-provided dog beds. Plenty of room to spread out. Very nice, highly recommend. Had Grubhub deliver a complete meal from the Irish pub one night, and cooked in the fully equipped kitchen next night. Enjoyed a couple of the beers host left for us on arrival, sweet! Thank you Audrey, we’ll be back!

Best Host Ever

Couldn't ask for a better person to rent from. Very informative about the area. Great place for a great price! If we ever come back to Colorado Springs we will definitely be staying here again. We were very comfortable with two adults and 4 kids.
