Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No open fires or firepit use allowed. The wood-burning fireplace is not available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Lives up to Sanctuary in its name. We loved just sitting on the deck, visiting and listening to the birds. There was plenty of room for a large group to spread out or join together. It was quiet and private and had everything we needed. We appreciated the ability to use the garage. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the supplies. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. You must be able to navigate staircases. All the bedrooms are not on the main floor. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms spacious. Porch light operation was a bit tricky. Some instructions might be nice. We stayed in mid September, weather was glorious. All attractions and needs were within easy reach. Would highly recommend this home with one caveat. If anyone has trouble with stairs, it might be unwise. We had 9 adults and a couple small children. We were a bit nervous about renting a home with no reviews for such a special occasion, but we were very pleased. The home is in a beautiful, quiet golf course community. The 3,400 square feet gave everyone enough space, including 4 bathrooms! The four bedrooms on the second floor provided quiet space from the bustle on the main floor. The large suite in the basement (with door!) gave privacy to parents with 2 infants. 3 rooms had a dining table and chairs for lots of eating space. The patio had ample seating for fun family conversation and parlor games. The linens were fresh and clean (seemed new), the appliances modern, the kitchen equipment adequate (though our eggs stuck in every pan, even with oil:) Cookware was a bit dated. We would have preferred a larger, more open kitchen/dining configuration for our large party, but the home's construction was consistent with many from that time period - lots of walls. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and and was clean and comfortable. Lots of tables for eating, crafting, and playing games. We only had one small issue, but it is specific to one of the people staying having a slight disability with walking. There are steps up to the house, and a step down in the living room and a large step down to the deck. All of these steps I'm mentioning do not have a hand rail and it was very difficult for them to manage accessing these. I just wanted to mention this to others if they might have someone in their group that is older or has a disability with walking. Aug 27, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wedding party retreat My husband and I decided we wanted to have our wedding party stay together as we were mostly all related a few nights before and after our wedding! This house was perfect! We were able to finish up some last minute diy items and enjoy being around each other! The basement served as the perfect wedding suite for us while still allowing us to enjoy seeing our family that lives all across the state! The house and area were perfect and we had zero problems fitting all of our cars even! We are hoping to be back again in the future! ##### Sarah E.
