Our first trip away from our children just us since they were all born. After a 4 hour drive, we were notified 30 minutes before our check in time that our reservation had been canceled due to the property being double booked. The email stated someone had been staying there for the past 5 days. My question is, if this was true, why were we not notified 5 days in advance as opposed to 30 minutes? It was incredibly disappointing to have our only opportunity for a getaway ruined by the incredible mismanagement of this company. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Megan W. 14 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Quiet Getaway Close to Outdoor Fun First time in Woodland Park and it's SO beautiful. This stay was the perfect place for my partner and I to stay for a family reunion. The house was very clean and inviting with fun decor. I expected to have more noise from traffic on the main road, but the house is set far enough back that we didn't hear it. We even saw a deer across the lot and watched them for a bit. I can't say enough about the thoughtfulness of the hosts. The space is organized so well and has thoughtful touches like dog beds and labeled drawers for outside dining cutlery. The rugs are so soft, too. I would go back again. A helpful tip- open the windows at night to let the cool mountain breeze in. ##### Megan W.
