We are NOT fancy perfectionists so I didn’t care but I draw the line at not having WiFi for 75% of our stay. I was given multiple communications by the management company that gave me the wrong password for the email. I inquired again and they continued to give me the wrong password! It wasn’t until I persisted that they reached out to the owners and got the right one. I work remotely and had to drive down the street 3 times so that I could speak with a client. It is totally unacceptable and we wouldn’t have rented a place without WiFi. Also the kuerig was broken and when I asked the property manager sent me a snarky email about how to use it. Every communication with them wad unprofessional. I will never be back or use VACASA again.
