YOUR PRIVATE SPACE

This is a fully private walkout basement apartment with a separate, secure entrance.

The entire apartment, downstairs patio, seating areas, and backyard are private for your use.

The upstairs portion of the home is occupied separately, but the spaces are securely separated. No children or animals live upstairs.

Your apartment is accessed through the walkout basement entrance on the southwest side of the house. A secure interior door separates the apartment from the upstairs living space.

You can enjoy your own private space while still having the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood.

CLEAN & WELL-MAINTAINED

I take cleanliness and the comfort of my guests seriously.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between stays and air purifiers are provided for guests to use during their visit.

I take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, well-maintained home with an easy check-in and check-out experience.

This is a private home located in a peaceful, family-friendly residential neighborhood. It is best suited for guests looking for a comfortable place to relax, explore Colorado, spend time with family, or enjoy a quiet getaway.

SHOES

Please remove shoes when entering the apartment. A shoe rack is provided by the door.

QUIET HOURS

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

SMOKING & VAPING

Nicotine smoking and vaping are allowed outside only.

Please use the provided ashtray and do not leave cigarette butts on the property.

DRUGS

No marijuana or other drugs are permitted on or around the property. Please partake away from the neighborhood

OPEN FLAMES

No candles, incense, scent burners, or other open flames are permitted indoors.

PETS

Dogs only — no cats or other animals.

• All dogs must be included on the reservation.
• Dogs must be cleaned up after.
• Doggie bags and a pooper scooper are provided.
• Dogs must be leashed when outside the property in the neighborhood.
• Dogs must remain off beds, linens, and furniture.
• Excessive barking is not permitted.
• Damage, stains, or excessive cleaning caused by pets may result in additional charges.
• Repeated or excessive barking may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

The doggy door provides convenient access to the fully fenced backyard.

OCCUPANCY & VISITORS

Maximum occupancy is 6 people at any time.

Visitors are allowed as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.

Visitor fees:
• $15 per daytime visitor
• $25 per overnight guest who is not included in the reservation

PARTIES & EVENTS

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.

HOUSE RULE ENFORCEMENT

Violations of the house rules may result in termination of the stay and/or additional charges of $300–$500, depending on the violation and resulting costs.
